The register of insolvencies is a statutory register about the insolvency of individuals and businesses in Scotland. The register is updated each working day. It is in 2 parts:

1 Details of sequestrations (bankruptcies) awarded by Scottish courts together with protected trust deeds for the benefit of creditors.
2 Details of limited companies which are in receivership or liquidation.
